3. Required Documents for Pakistanis
Ensure your folder is ready before heading to the airport:
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 7 months from June 17, 2026.
- Vaccination Records: A valid Meningitis (ACYW135) certificate is mandatory. In the summer of 2026, health authorities also recommend a fresh Seasonal Flu shot.
- Confirmed Booking Reference (BRN): Your visa must be linked to a pre-booked hotel and transport package.
4. Packing for the June Summer Heat
June in Makkah and Madinah is peak summer. Temperatures can exceed 45°C.
- Premium Cotton Ihram: Choose thin, breathable cotton Ihram to prevent heat rashes during Tawaf.
- Hydration Kit: Carry a reusable water bottle. Staying hydrated with Zamzam is critical for health during the 2026 summer season.
- Sun Protection: An umbrella (white is best to reflect heat) and unscented sunblock are non-negotiable for daytime Ziarats.
- Footwear: Durable, soft sandals that won’t slip on the marble floors of the Haram.
